Vicdeaf hearservice
As a division of the Victorian Deaf Society (Vicdeaf) a registered not-for-profit organisation established in 1884, hearservice is a medium-sized organisation dedicated to assisting Victorians with hearing loss needs.

 

hearservice engaged BSB and Ponto Combo to develop a marketing and media strategy to scope and shape three videos, with the objective of celebrating the contribution of this long-standing Victorian community organisation, and raising the profile of hearservice products and services.

 

The BSB team included Manny Vassal (Strategy and overall client engagement), Jo Buckle (BSB Market Research), Steve Wood (Marketing Strategy - Success Enterprises Consulting) and the Ponto Combo team (video filming and editing).

 

Manny and Steve ran a number of workshops to define the strategy and approach. Jo Buckle then carried out market research (focus group and interviews) to help define the key messages. BSB and Ponto Combo finalised the brief and scripts, and Ponto Combo produced the three videos.
